Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped according to our fulfillment schedule.
Shipping Time (Canada)
We are based in Montreal, Quebec, and ship across Canada and internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 2–3 business days, depending on your location. As a result, most customers receive their orders within up to 7 business days from the date of purchase.
The estimated delivery times provided on this website apply to orders shipped within Canada.
For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local carrier delays. In some cases, international shipping may require additional transit time beyond the estimated Canadian delivery window.
We appreciate your understanding and recommend allowing extra time for international deliveries.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Our products are initially available from a limited pre-made batch and are ready to be fulfilled under our standard processing times.
Pre-orders only begin once the pre-made batch has completely sold out.
If you place an order after the pre-made stock is sold out, your item will automatically be considered a pre-order.
PRE-ORDER SHIPPING TIME
Pre-order items are expected to ship within 2–6 weeks from the date your order is placed.
This timeframe allows for production, quality control, and preparation before your order is shipped.
Please note that the 2–6 week timeframe is an estimated shipping window and not a guaranteed delivery date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
By purchasing an item marked as a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended fulfillment timeframe.
Important: This policy only applies to orders placed after the original pre-made batch has sold out. Orders placed while pre-made inventory is still available are not considered pre-orders.
